Step 1: Make sure that you are on the medication that your doctor gave you and find out your average BP reading for a particular period of the day. Preferably evenings.
Step 2: Adopt the following lifestyle changes
Diet Change (Download our meal plan)
Exercise (Skip, walk, run)
Stop/Reduce Alcohol and Smoking
Make sure you get enough sleep
Reduce Salt intake
